HOME DANCE AND WORKOUT CLASSES
Come and join our bi-weekly dance and workout classes. After successful online classes DUSK Cabaret founder and qualified fitness instructor Melissa Fox will be teaching different dance classes and workouts and inviting three guest teachers from across the industry every month. Keep up your pick up skills, fitness and flexibility with 8 classes a month and bring some joy to the start of this year!
Styles you can expect; Showgirl, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Jazz, Burlesque, Fitness, Yoga and much much more.
Taking classes provides accountability, FUN, positive mental health, sense of purpose and a supportive community. Just what you need for 2021!
